The JLYSSL board authorizes up to $1,500 for referee-appreciation
t-shirts for the JLYSSL tournament.

October 2011
To qualify for the JLYSSL end-of-season tournament, teams must complete or confirm their assignments for six game credits by November 1.

September 2011
The JLYSSL referee requirement applies to Norcal RAL teams, and Neutral Referee Program referees will be reimbursed at the JLYSSL rate. The JLYSSL board approves Fall 2011 Referee Requirements. Article III, Section 1, Schedule A of the JLYSSL Bylaws is revised to name the East Bay United Soccer Club as a JLYSSL Designator Club, replacing the Bay Oaks Soccer Club and the Rockridge Soccer Club. The JLYSSL referee requirement is waived for teams with 50 percent or more of their players receiving scholarships.

August 2011
U9 competitive teams are exempt from the JLYSSL referee requirement for their first playing season.

The JLYSSL designated directors elect Mike Sowerwine as an at-large director with the office of Treasurer. The league will not reschedule matches cancelled with less than 96 hours notice.

The JLYSSL Board approves a third-level sanction for a parent under its Zero-Tolerance Policy for Physical and Verbal Abuse.

April 2011
The JLYSSL Designated Directors approve the JLYSSL At-Large Directors.

March 2011
JLYSSL services will apply to U9 and up. Individual clubs will be wholly responsible for U8 and below and no charges will be assessed to players U8 and below by JLYSSL. JLYSSL approves its 2011–12 Budget. JLYSSL approves Spring 2011 referee policies.
