Registration

Player and team official registration is completed through the specific club. Simply find the club you wish to join from the registration drop down menu and click on the link. Paperwork requires two weeks to process before a player is eligble for play.

What you need Cal North

  • 1"x1" photo (no hats)
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Complete and sign the 1601 application/medical release for players
  • Coaches complete and sign the Team Official Registration and Disclosure Form

What you need NorCal

  • Two copies of 1"x1" photo (no hats or sunglasses) , write the player name on back of photos
  • Photocopy of Birth Certificate
  • Two copies of the US Club Soccer Player Registration Form - IMPORTANT these must be signed in Blue Ink!
Each player must have soccer shoes and shin guards. You will also have to purchase a jersey, shorts and socks to correspond with the team colors.

Parents are asked to do some volunteer work during the season. You may be asked to provide snacks after one of the games also. Kids love it!
