Team Officials Registration
In order to gain access to your Team Page on SportLynx, you will need to register as a Team Official.
By registering as a Team Official, you will be able to gain easy access to:
- Submitting a Game Request Form.
- Viewing your Confirmed Home Game Schedule.
- Viewing your Home Games' Referee Assignments.
You are able to select all the teams that you are affiliated to in one registration.

Home Request Forms
Once your clubs have submitted your Club's Home Field Permits, and the information has been updated on SportLynx, your Club Admins will then receive a notification from JLYSL that the Home Field Request Forms are now live!
Prior to submitting your Home Field Request Forms, you MUST confirmed all your home games with your opponent!

After confirming your home game dates and times with your opponents,
you will then access the Home Field Request Forms, through your Team Page on SportLynx.
Be sure to register as a Team Official in order to gain access to your Team Page.
New Update as of 7/31/2022: If you made an error with a Home Field Request Form, you have the ability to delete the form.

you will then receive an email notification that your Game has been scheduled.
You will be able to find your confirmed Home Games in your Team Page, under Games.
If there was an issue with your request, you will receive a notification that your request has been declined.
Please note:
You will need to take the confirmed kick off time and field details, and update your Match Details in Gotsport for your Opponents.
SportLynx and Gotsport are separate platforms that you not sync data.

Game Cancellations / Reschedules
If a game needs to be rescheduled, you must contact the JLYSL Comp Schedulers and the League Administrator to let them know that the game needs to be cancelled in the system.
In accordance to the NorCal Premier Handbook:
We understand that emergencies do happen, such Team Exposure to Covid. We will waive the fines for these types of last minute request.

- Forfeits, no-shows, or cancellations with less than 96 hours notice - $400 (used for Field and Referees) paid to JLYSL
- Forfeits, no-shows or cancellations with 96 hours notice - $100 per game paid to JLYSL

You will be able to see placeholders for Fall, Winter, and Spring League, as well as the State Cup Dates.
Please take this information to plan help plan and organize your Team's season.

Opponent Communications
It is very important that you communicate with your opponents once your NorCal Premier League Schedules have been UNLOCKED! In order to communicate with your opponents, you must message them via the chat function within Gotsport. You are able to access the Chat Function from Gotsport > Team Management > Matches > Dialog Bubble.
You want to communicate any scheduling conflicts or preferred time slots your teams would like to play. Of course, when dealing with your away games, your opponent's will be able to notify you if they are able to accommodate your time slot request or not. If you need to reschedule your game from preliminary date provide by NorCal, you will need to confirm with your opponent prior to moving the game.
