Nominate a PCA Hero
Have you seen a coach, parent, referee or player from another Club who is a Positive Coaching Hero? If so, we’d like to hear from you.
Here’s how it works: When you see a parent, coach or parent from another Club who embodies Positive Coaching values, send us an email at [email protected]. Tell us the name of the person, what Club s/he is from, his/her role (parent, coach, referee or player), and what this person did to embody a Positive Coaching value. The PCA Committee will consider all nominations and make selections at the end of the Fall season.
Why someone from another Club? Veteran coach John Platt said it best: Most Clubs already have recognition programs in place to honor their members. This is award will receive League-wide attention. We’re a big organization, and this award gives you a chance to “catch someone getting it right” outside your own Club. It’s an opportunity to spotlight the best our League has to offer.
We look forward to hearing from you. We need your help to create new heroes in youth sports.
