Follow these guidelines to ensure matches are properly reported:
- Report the actual referee crew that did the match. If a referee stepped in to fill a vacancy, or a referee didn't show, one of the crew members must report this. Assignors will update the database afterward based on the game report.
- In the event of a no-show by a team, the referee crew will still receive credit and pay for the match but only if the game report is filed, indicating which team did not show up.
- In the event of a late-cancellation by a team, the guideline above also applies. File a game report to claim credit for the match and the match secretary will assist in identifying which team was responsible for the late notification.
- In the event of a rain-out which is declared at the field, file a game report indicating such.
- In the event of a pre-announced rain-out, do not file a game report. This tells us that the match did not get played.
- As always, game reports should include all cautions and must include all send-offs. In addition, a send-off report is required.
